This concert takes place in conjunction with the HAMS Cello Competition 2000 held at Argonne National Laboratory on May 20, 2000.
The winner of the HAMS Cello Competition 2000 will perform a public recital in the series The Next Generation -- Young Performers in Recital on Sunday, May 21, 2000 at 3:00 p.m.
The concert will be presented in the Auditorium of the APS Conference Center (Bldg. 402) at Argonne. The concert is open to the public; no special permit is required to enter the Laboratory site.

Admission to the concert is $20, $15 for students with proper identification. Call (630) 252-3751 to order your tickets now, VISA and MasterCard accepted; or use the ticket request form to order your tickets by mail.
Remaining tickets will be sold in the lobby of the Argonne Cafeteria (Bldg. 213) during the week of May 15 between noon and 1:00 p.m. The Auditorium Box Office will be open on the day of the performance at 7:30 p.m.
The audience is invited to join the artists at a reception following the performance.
The restaurant of the Argonne Guest House will be open for dinner before the concert (5:00-8:00 p.m.).
