Dear subscribers, patrons, and friends!

As you know, over the past 20 Seasons, Arts at Argonne has partially relied on funding obtained from the Laboratory.

Unfortunately, the funds that the Laboratory can legally allocate for the support of Arts at Argonne and similar activities have become tighter and tighter over the years. This year the funds have become so limited, that the Laboratory cannot allocate any direct monetary support to Arts at Argonne. This precludes us from having the usual number of concerts during the current (21st) Season.

We will, nevertheless, try to organize as many events as we possibly can. As you can imagine, under the current circumstances, the financial feasibility of each and every event critically depends on how many patrons attend the event, both from within the Laboratory and from the neighboring communities. You can help us surmount the current difficulties by propagating the word on our wonderful concerts, which are held in an unusually intimate surrounding with truly outstanding acoustics, and by bringing to the next concert as many members of your families, coworkers, friends and neighbors as possible...

The Arts at Argonne events, as they become available, will be posted on our website and advertised throughout the Laboratory and surrounding communities in the usual way. Please stay tuned!
