In 1955, Mr. Pressler co-founded the Beaux Arts Trio, which has become one of the world's most enduring and widely acclaimed chamber music ensembles. The Beaux Arts recordings for Philips, which include almost all of the piano trio literature, have won many coveted honors and awards
Mr. Pressler appears regularly in recital. Recently, he has performed on Carnegie Hall's Great Performers series, at Jordan Hall in Boston, at the Ravinia Festival, and in Toronto, St. Louis, and Los Angeles.
Since 1955, Mr. Pressler has been on the piano faculty of Indiana University, where he holds the position of Distinguished Professor of Music.

Remaining tickets will be sold in the lobby of the Argonne Cafeteria (Bldg. 213) during the week of November 2 between noon and 1:00 p.m. The Auditorium Box Office will be open on the day of the performance at 2:30 p.m.
