  • Registration of visitors

    • All Arts at Argonne events are open to the public.

    A valid photo ID is required to enter the laboratory site (employees: ANL or DOE badge; family members and visitors: drivers licence, state photo-ID, or passport).

    Non-employees (including family members of employees) need a visitor pass.

    The information that needs to be supplied for every visitor:

  • First and last name (as appearing on the photo ID that will be used to enter the site),
  • country of citizenship,
  • for non-US citizens, date and place of birth.

    • An additional optional item is a phone number at which you can be reached, in case we need to contact you (event cancellation, insufficient information for issuing a pass).

    If you are a guest of an Argonne employee, please ask your host to arrange for a pass.
    Otherwise, a visitor pass for an Arts at Argonne event can be obtained by sending the information listed above via

  • e-mail to arts-pass@anl.gov (preferred),
  • or phone (630-252-4793) (limited availability).

    • Please note that the deadline for pre-registration is Friday morning before the concert.

    Holders of season tickets can request pre-registration for all events with a single e-mail or call.

    Due to current regulations, visitors who did not pre-register may be refused access to the site even if they hold tickets.
