Topics include but are not limited to:

€molecular characterization of coal/petroleum and their fractions/products
€microscopic techniques in fuels chemistry and conversion
€stable isotope labeling and product analysis to study reaction mechanisms
€in situ analysis of fuel conversion and relevant reactions/transformations
€molecular modeling in fuels chemistry
