Ilias Belharouak is a materials scientist and battery expert in Argonne’s Chemical Sciences and Engineering Division. He has extensive experience working with multiple branches of the government in applying lithium-ion battery research for projects ranging from hybrid plug-in vehicles to medical and military applications of lithium-ion battery technology.
