Managing Your Password

Passwords can be changed and reset, and accounts can be unlocked via a set of self-service tools at MyPassword.

To use these tools, you must establish an identity profile by answering a set of identifying questions.

Once you have created a profile,

  • If you know your current password, you can change your password.
  • If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password.
  • If you have accidentally locked yourself out of your account through multiple failed login attempts, you can unlock your account. Note that your account will automatically unlock itself after 30 minutes if you wait.

If you forget your password or lock your account and you have not established an identity profile, contact your local password administrator for assistance.
