Shrirang Abhyankar

Computational Engineer

Shrirang Abhyankar is a staff computational scientist in the Energy Systems Division at Argonne National Laboratory. He was a post-doctoral appointee from September 2011 – January 2014 and a pre-doctoral appointee from September 2009 – August 2011 in Argonne's Mathematics and Computer Science Division. He received his Ph.D. degree from Illinois Institute of Technology in 2011. Since 2009, Shrirang has been involved in the development of Argonne's high-performance PETSc library.
