Abstract

This panel brings together influential change agents and laboratory leadership to catalyze a laboratory-wide dialogue about professional development across campus and garner insights and feedback from a diverse cross-section of Argonne staff.

Join us for an armchair conversation as we discuss the laboratory's approach to professional development across career stages. Esteemed panelists, including Laboratory Director Peter B. Littlewood, will share their perspectives on mentoring and professional development more broadly and will field questions from the audience. Gender Diversity Specialist Erin L. Thomas will facilitate this discussion.
