The Women in Science and Technology (WIST) Program Office presents "Work-Life Balance for Individuals in Science and Technology" with Maureen Dorgan-Clemens of Perspectives, Ltd. Friday, June 7, from noon to 1:30 p.m., Bldg. 240 TCS, Rms. 1404/1405.

This is a 90 minute, interactive workshop designed to provide information and tools to help participants examine their current work/life balance. Participants will also examine decisions and choices regarding personal and professional commitments and explore ways to make decisions in a more conscious and informed way consistent with one’s own personal values.

Information will be provided on the impact of stress and imbalance personally and professionally. A discussion will explore strategies to manage competing priorities as well as techniques to create more work/life balance.

About the presenter:
Maureen Dorgan-Clemens is the Vice President of Organizational Consulting Services at Perspectives Ltd where she has worked for more than 15 years. She has consulted with organizations around management development, team development, conflict management, performance coaching and leadership training for 21 years.
