Job Description
  Basic Purpose
  With general guidance, oversees and implements established project controls processes for integration of assigned projects. Responsibilities will be carried out utilizing established project baseline management methodologies to ensure auditable compliance. Incumbent is expected to participate on multiple concurrent projects or in support of one large project. Responsible for controls aspects of the project throughout all phases. (Initiation, planning, execution, control and closeout.) Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  Considerable
Considerable competence and experience in interpreting and applying project management theories, principles and techniques in the successful execution and management of a cost schedule control system for large-scale projects. Considerable experience in solving complex problems to achieve optimal schedule and cost results. Considerable knowledge of project management functions and demonstrated competence using advanced computerized performance measurement systems. Considerable experience with DOE project management systems requirements and practices. Considerable skill in cultivating and maintaining ANL and external relationships.
  Good
Good verbal and written communication skills. Good analytical skills. Good knowledge of ANL financial system. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training and 3-5 years of directly related experience Certain professions may require a Graduate Degree and some directly related experience
