Mission Support Engagement on Sponsored Research Contracts

Abstract:  A team from Mission Support (including TDC (BD and SRO), Legal and OCF-PRO-Contracts Administration) will discuss best practices in regards to sponsored research (SPP/CRADA) contracts. We will clarify roles, responsibilities, and expectations in regards to the overall process and timing. We will also answer questions and address any issues/concerns on any aspect of the sponsored research process.

A team with Argonne's Virtual Engine Research Institute and Fuels Initiative (VERIFI) announce that they have completed development of engineering simulation code and workflows that will allow as many as 10,000 engine simulations to be conducted simultaneously on the Mira supercomputer.
