Autonomie: Automotive System Design

Argonne’s Autonomie is a MATLAB©-based software environment and framework for automotive control system design, simulation and analysis.

Autonomie is capable of

ARGUS-PRIMA: Wind Power Prediction

ARGUS-PRIMA is a software platform for testing statistical algorithms for short-term wind power forecasting. The platform, which consists of a set of statistical algorithms to generate wind power point and uncertainty forecasts, can be used for systematic testing and comparison of different computational learning algorithms.

ADIFOR: Automatic Differentiation of Fortran 77

ADIFOR (AD) is a tool for the automatic differentiation of Fortran 77 programs. Given a Fortran 77 source code and a user's specification of dependent and independent variables, ADIFOR will generate an augmented derivative code that computes the partial derivatives of all of the specified dependent variables with respect to all of the specified independent variables, in addition to the original result.

BLE: Battery Life Estimator

Argonne’s Battery Life Estimator (BLE) software is a state-of-the-art tool kit for fitting battery aging data and for battery life estimation. It was designed to make life-cycle estimates using two years of aging data.

BLE helps answer key questions on how battery performance will change with calendar age, cycles, internal component aging, cell-to-cell manufacturing variations, summer and winter temperature extremes, differing anode and cathode materials, and electrolyte variations and additives.

GCTool: Design, Analyze and Compare Fuel Cell Systems and Power Plants

GCTool software allows the user to design, analyze, and compare different fuel cell configurations, including automotive, space-based, and stationary systems.

BatPRO: Battery Manufacturing Cost Estimation

BatPRO is the Windows-based version of BatPaC, a software modeling tool designed for policymakers and researchers who are interested in estimating the cost of lithium-ion batteries.
