Divisions can borrow display units and other materials

The Office of Technology Transfer (OTT) has three royal blue "pop-up" 8' x 10' hook-and-loop type display units (the kind that take velcro-backed posters) and one 4' x 6' tabletop display unit, also blue, that are available to Argonne divisions for use at conferences and exhibits. Booth fees, graphics development, shipping and other charges are the responsibility of the division, but OTT will assist with the completion of forms if requested. OTT also can provide handout information on most topics. To request the use of a display unit and related materials, contact Mary Kmak (2-9124, maryk@anl.gov). Your division will be asked to agree to assume responsibility for any damages to the display units.

OTT can assist in developing posters for exhibit shows as well as participate and man the booth at the show. This consists of all aspects of the exhibit, from developing posters, shipping the booth and materials, handouts for the show and setting up and tear down of exhibit and manning the booth. Please note that only authorized individuals in the Laboratory's Procurement Department should sign contracts for booth fees or show services.
