Zavala gives keynote address on controlling chemical processesJune 9, 2015

Victor Zavala, a computational mathematician in Argonne’s MCS Division, delivered a keynote speech at the International Symposium on Advanced Control of Chemical Processes (ADCHEM) June 9, 2015, in British Columbia, Canada. ADCHEM is a triennial meeting of the International Federation of Automatic Control that brings together researchers and practitioners to discuss recent developments in the control of chemical, biochemical, and related process systems.

Parallel Programming with MPI


The Mathematics and Computer Science (MCS) Division of Argonne presents "Parallel Programming with MPI" Friday, June 5, 2015, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

This day-long tutorial will take place on the Argonne campus at the Building 240 TCS Conference Center, Room 1416. The tutorial will cover an introduction to MPI (in the morning) as well as advanced concepts in MPI (in the afternoon). More details are available at the tutorial website.
