Pumped Storage Hydropower: Water Battery for Clean Energy

Pumped storage hydropower (PSH) plays a crucial role in providing energy storage to balance electric grid operations and support resources such as wind and solar power. Watch as Argonne experts are interviewed by a Chicago high school student on the building of a model PSH plant. The model is designed to be highly portable so that it can be taken to schools and STEM fairs.
