James is a visiting undergraduate student with the CPAC group studying Physics and Statistics at the University of Chicago. He has broad interests in cosmology, astrophysics, and their statistical applications. His work mainly focuses on contributions to the DESCQA synthetic galaxy catalog validation framework and applying machine learning algorithms to efficiently analyze galaxy-galaxy strong lensing images.
