Gary Wiederrecht is the interim deputy director of the Nanoscience and Technology division and the Center for Nanoscale Materials at Argonne National Laboratory. He is also the deputy director for Argonne’s Quantum Information Science Incubator.
Responsible for the development of strategic alliances and collaborative partnerships with academia, industry, and the user community at large, as well as directing the activities of the operations groups including information solutions & technology assurance, building facilities, and environment, safety, health, and quality assurance (ESH/QA).

Diana Anderson is the head of communications for Physical Sciences and Engineering at Argonne National Laboratory. She directs external and internal communications for the directorate’s five research divisions, two national scientific user facilities and hundreds of research partners.
