The Fitness Center may be used by Argonne and DOE employees. Other badged personnel, such as scientific users, may also use the facility if they complete a liability waiver.

Changing rooms are available with lockers and benches for changing before and after workout sessions. The center is not staffed.

• Available equipment includes treadmills, exercise bikes, elliptical trainers, and steppers, mats, exercise balls, foam rollers, balance discs, and other stretching and toning equipment are available.
• The Group Exercise Room adjacent to the Fitness Center can be used during non-class times as additional space for stretching and toning.

Visitors staying at the Argonne Guest House: Please check-in with the front desk of the Guest House upon your arrival for access to the Fitness Center during your stay.
