Argonne’s annual Middle School Electric Car Competition returned in 2021, using a new virtual set-up to keep middle schools engaged with creative scientific, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) challenges.
Advancements in the multi-lab DUNE experiment by science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) researchers and students at Argonne will help scientists better understand neutrinos and the universe as a whole.

The council provides teen voices from under-represented communities and advises the department in developing tomorrow’s STEM problem solvers. High school teens are invited to apply now to join our 2021-22 council which will meet October 2021 – May 2022.
