Our innovative approaches address critical challenges in energy efficiency, resilient manufacturing and advanced computing. To do this, we leverage the special capabilities of key Argonne facilities, such as the Advanced Photon Source, Center for Nanoscale Materials, Argonne Leadership Computing Facility, and Materials Engineering Research Facility.
Areas of Focus
The focus of our microelectronics research is to overcome fundamental scientific challenges to the future of information processing and accelerate advanced manufacturing of novel microelectronics devices and architectures.
Projects
