14th International Conference on Inelastic X-ray Scattering (IXS2026)

IXS2026 will be held at the Advanced Photon Source at Argonne National Laboratory on Sept. 13-18, 2026.

The 14th International Conference on Inelastic X-ray Scattering (IXS2026) will connect scientists from around the world who are pushing the boundaries of resonant and non-resonant inelastic X-ray scattering to tackle today’s most compelling scientific challenges.

A vibrant community of researchers to share breakthrough discoveries, explore the latest advances in theory, experiment and instrumentation, and help shape the future of the field.

Participants will gain new perspectives into how IXS techniques are transforming our understanding of emerging materials — from correlated electron systems to complex functional materials. IXS2026 will be held at the Advanced Photon Source at Argonne National Laboratory near Chicago, IL, USA.
