Emily Ohland is the Director of Strategy Innovation for Argonne National Laboratory’s Nuclear Technologies and National Security Directorate.

Ms. Ohland has over 25 years of experience working with a wide range of federal, state and local government agencies, communities, non-governmental organizations and their stakeholders in direct support of national security, critical infrastructure resilience, emergency management, and public health and safety missions. Her work has focused on leading organizations, technical programs and teams through incremental and transformational strategy and growth to increase mission impact.

Ms. Ohland received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Maryland, College Park and is a graduate of The Roundtable Group’s Business Strategy certificate program.
