Biography

Research Interests
My research focuses on understanding entropy-driven phenomena and fundamental interactions in emerging quantum materials, including compositionally complex materials, topological materials, frustrated magnets, and unconventional superconductors. I employ a comprehensive suite of techniques—neutron and X-ray scattering, single crystal synthesis, physical property characterization, and computational modeling—to probe the intriguing and often complex nature of these systems. More recently, my interests have expanded to include the application of information theory to the sensing and detection of physical orders, as well as Bayesian inference and AI-assisted discovery of hidden states.
