Paperwork & Deadlines for submitting NNSS Tour Registration Form
- Only Argonne “Facility Decommissioning” Training Course attendees may participate in the NNSS tour.
- TC Attendees wishing to participate in the NNSS Tour will have to submit to us an additional Registration Form, NFO-205 (for US Citizens only) or UFV&A Long Format IAP-66 Form (for non-US citizens only). The form will then be submitted by us to the NNSS security office. There are very strict deadlines to submit those forms - no flexibility!
- Based on our experience with past attendees: SUBMIT ALL PAPERWORK AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE (even before registering for the Training Course) to ensure your spot on the tour. If paperwork is not submitted by the deadline, you will not be able to attend the tour (you won’t be granted access to NNSS and we cannot add you to the list of Tour participants). Thanks in advance for your cooperation!

NNSS Site Tour Attire
Since the tour requires a great deal of travel, comfortable attire is recommended. The site operates under a very casual to business casual dress code (denim jeans are acceptable, suits are discouraged). Footwear should be sturdy; open-toed shoes are not permitted. Additional PPE will be provided at the facility if needed. The weather should be nice; a light jacket may be needed.
Access Authorization
Tour access to facilities/sites to be toured even as a part of this TC by the TC participants is solely at the discretion of the operating organization at which the tour is being offered. We cannot and do not guarantee access to any site/facility for this tour - that access authorization is based solely upon the site or facility access authority and their requirements and conditions for access. We apologize in advance if this causes anyone difficulties.
