Install the Outlook App for Android and configure by signing in with your Argonne email account and password.

Microsoft Teams

Participate in a Meeting

• Install and open the Teams Mobile App and sign in with your Argonne login and password.
• Click on the calendar icon at the bottom of the page.
• Next to the Teams meeting that you wish to join, click the ​“Join” button.

Message a Co-worker

• Open the Teams Mobile App and sign in with your Argonne login and password.
• Click on the ​“Chat” tab on the bottom of the screen.
• Using the Search icon at the top of the page, type the person’s name you want to chat with.
• Click the person’s name in the search results and click the messaging icon in the middle of the page.
• Type your message in the bar at the bottom of the page and click Enter.

Make a Voice Call

• Open the Teams Mobile App and sign in with your Argonne login and password if necessary.
• Click on the ​“Chat” tab on the bottom of the screen.
• Using the Search icon at the top of the page, type the person’s name you want to chat with.
• Click the person’s name in the search results and click the telephone icon in the middle of the page to initiate the call.

Store and collaborate on file content

• Install the Box Mobile App and sign in with your Argonne username and password.
