Jonghwan Kwon

Jonghwan Kwon is a Principal Energy Systems Engineer in the Energy Systems and Infrastructure Assessment Division. His research focuses on the modeling and analysis of power systems, with particular emphasis on generation and transmission expansion planning, short-term operations, and electricity market design. He uses a variety of mathematical optimization and simulation methods to address key challenges in power system planning and market design.
