Argonne National Laboratory, located just 25 miles west of Chicago, is one of the world’s leading scientific research laboratories. And on Saturday, June 27, 2026, it was open to the public. Guests had the chance to tour our facilities, enjoy hands-on experiments, meet our staff and researchers, and learn how science is answering some of the biggest questions facing humanity.
