Adnan Mohammad

I am a postdoctoral appointee (09/2023-present) in the Functional Coatings Group, Applied Materials Science division, Argonne National Laboratory and working under the supervision of Dr. Jeffrey Elam. My research area is atomic layer deposition (ALD) of thin film, thin film characterizations, and its application. I have completed my PhD from the University of Connecticut (UConn) in 2023 under the supervision of Dr. Necmi Biyikli with research focused on plasma enhanced atomic layer deposition (PEALD) of thin films, where I have synthesized oxides and nitrides at low temperatures.
