Biography

Dillon received his Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering and Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2014. He joined the Nuclear Science and Engineering Division as a staff scientist in 2015 where he has worked on multiple projects in high-fidelty computational fluid dynamics (CFD) supporting advanced fission reactors. He is currently a developer of the Nek5000 and NekRS CFD codes and the Cardinal multiphysics tool for the Nuclear Energy Advanced Modeling and Simulation (NEAMS) program.
