Biography
Dr. Shinyavskiy is a multidisciplinary scientist and engineering leader specializing in advanced materials, semiconductor devices, and AI-enabled materials informatics.
He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Materials Design and Innovation from the University at Buffalo, where his research focused on the development of free-standing diamond nanomembranes and their integration into high-performance electronic devices.
He also holds an MBA in Executive Management and Strategic Thinking from Ural Federal University, as well as an undergraduate specialization in Physico-Chemical Research Methods of Processes and Materials.
His work bridges fundamental materials science with commercial-scale technology deployment.
