Haomin Yuan

Haomin (Kirk) Yuan is a Principal Nuclear Engineer in the Nuclear Science and Engineering Division at Argonne National Laboratory. He has led the development of several major capabilities in Nek5000 and NekRS, including mesh conversion tools and  thermal radiation models. Building upon the Nek5000/NekRS framework, he developed MOSCATO, a multiphysics simulation framework for high-fidelity modeling of mass transfer, electrochemical processes, and structural corrosion in advanced energy systems.
