Biography
I am currently working on the decarbonization of the steelmaking process. I am using the in-situ and surface-enhanced Raman to investigate the solvation environment of Fe species. My PhD program focused on electrochemistry and density functional theory calculation. I developed a seed-assisted epitaxial electrochemical growth of metastable semiconductor Bi2Se3. My research background is in material science. I have a wide variety of expertise in synthesis and characterization including electrodeposition, chemical bath, colloidal synthesis, cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, and its refinement, scanning electron microscope, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. I am also familiar with calculation software and computer languages including Vasp, Sparc-X, and Python.
