Understanding QCD through nucleons and light nuclei
Biography
Jingyi is an experimental nuclear physicist specializing in electromagnetic interactions, high-precision measurements of nucleon polarizabilities and proton/deuteron charge radius. Extensive experience advancing the PRad-II experiment and DRad proposal at Jefferson Lab, elastic Compton scattering from liquid Deuterium, 3He, and 4He at the High Intensity γ-ray Source (HIγS) facility of Triangle Universities Nuclear Laboratory (TUNL) located at Duke University, and developing polarized lithium sources for the future Electron-Ion Collider (EIC).
