Nena P. Moonier

Nena Moonier is the Experiment Facility Operations (EFO) Group Leader in the APS Engineering Support Division.  The EFO group provides facility ESH oversight for all user experiment safety and day-to-day beamline activities.  

The EFOG Floor Coordinators are deployed around the experiment hall, providing shift coverage, and support to users and beamline operations personnel to help ensure their activities meet ESH Standards.  

With in the EFO group lies the User Safety Program with reviews and advises PSC Management of the safe implementations of experiments performed by the APS Users.  Each experiment that is submitted to the APS Via the Experiment Safety Assessment Form (ESAF) is revied by the Experiment Safety Review Board (ESRB).  These experiments are conducted in beamline end stations on the APS experiment hall floor and LOMS.
