Biography
Sungjoon is a postdoctoral associate at the Argonne National Laboratory’s Functional Coatings Group in the Applied Materials Division. He is leading the effort of developing atomic layer deposition (ALD) process for 2-dimensional nanomaterials for energy-efficient microelectronics. Sungjoon specializes in thin film deposition including ALD and chemical vapor deposition (CVD), and is an expert on spectral analysis techniques such as Raman spectroscopy and X-ray Photoelectron spectroscopy.
