Tina Henne

Kristene (Tina) Henne, Ph.D., is the early career development lead at Argonne. In this role, she facilitates postdoc career development, mentoring, advises the Postdoctoral Society of Argonne and serves as a navigator for postdoctoral issues. She manages the Argonne Mentoring Program, which is open to employees of all career levels and paths and develops mentorship education for the lab. Henne earned her Ph.D. in biological sciences from Purdue University and holds certificates in Mediation Skills Training from Northwestern University School of Professional Studies and the Center for Conflict Resolution in Chicago.
