Biography

In Soo is a materials scientist in the Nanofabrication and Devices Group at Center for Nanoscale Materials (CNM) with extensive experience in the synthesis and functional imaging of nanomaterials. His current research primarily focuses on leveraging nanoscale synthesis and integration capabilities to create 2D material-based heterostructures, driving forward the development of next-generation microelectronics.
