Biography
Dr. Olcay Sahin is a Technical Lead for Freight Modeling and Simulation in Transportation and Power Systems (TAPS) Division, Vehicle and Mobility Systems (VMS) Group at Argonne National Laboratory in Lemont, IL. He obtained his Ph.D. in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and MS in the Computational Modeling and Simulation Engineering from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA. an MBA degree from Strayer University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from International Black Sea University in Tbilisi, Georgia.
