UrbanCCD
Applying advanced computational techniques to the design of smarter cities

The Urban Sciences Center for Computation and Data (UrbanCCD) brings together academic researchers, educators, architectural firms, and government agencies with experts on computational research at the Argonne/University of Chicago Computation Institute, with the aim of applying advanced computational techniques to the design of smarter cities. The ultimate goal of our research at UrbanCCD is to enable policy makers to optimize the operation of cities and develop better plans for expected rapid urbanization.
